    Shopping online at Etude is easy – simply follow the steps below and wait for your new things to arrive.


    HOW TO ORDER

    Select in the menu bar your prefered category and the kind of item you want to buy (bed linen, table runners,...) View all the items you want. If you are looking for something specific, you can refine your search using the filters:

    1. Wool
    2. Linen
    3. Homeware

    Or if you prefer, use the search feature located in the (top, right-hand) section of the screen. Click on the photo of the item and you will see all its features with regard to material and care, reference, price, colours and sizes available. (Select what you want and add the item to your shopping cart You can then choose to return to the store to continue shopping or Checkout.) After having all your items in the checkout cart. Click on Checkout and sign up (optional). You will be presented with a summary of your order, including the total price, and the delivery option and address you have selected. Please double check all the details, then 'CHECKOUT'. We will not charge your credit/debit card until you have confirmed your order. After the process you will receive an email confirmation.

    Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation for it. If you do not receive one, contact our customer service department. As long as you have not finalized the entire purchase process, you can delete any item from your shopping cart.

     

    PROMOTIONAL CODES

    At various times, we may offer seasonal or promotional discounts on our products. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it now. Click the ‘promotional code’ link to reveal the field to enter your code. The promotional code is case sensitive and should be entered directly as shown on the promotion. Please note that terms and conditions apply to all of our promotions and sales, for example, there are frequently a few brands or departments that are excluded from our promotions, all promotions are subject to stock availability and promotional codes can no longer be honoured after their 'End Date'.

    You are now on the last page of the checkout process, where you need to choose.

    CREATE AN ACCOUNT

    You do not need to create an account before you order but will be given the option to do so now your order is complete. Opening an account makes shopping with us even easier.


    PRODUCTS

    At Etudeintunewithstyle.co.uk we make every effort possible to show the features of the items (colour, textures, etc.) as close to reality as possible.
    Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible in most of the cases. Contact us by email at info@etudeintunewithstyle.co.uk and we will inform you when it’s available.

    All prices include VAT as well as other local taxes but not shipping, which is shown apart from the shopping cart.

    Etudeintunewithstyle.co.uk only sells items in perfect condition, so if you ever receive an item that is not or you would receive an intem you did not order, please read our return policy or contact our customer service representatives.

    If happen that by accident information with typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the product’s description, price or availability can appear. We apologize in advance and reserve the right to correct them, without prior notice, even after an order is made.


    PAYMENT METHODS

    We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) as well as Gift Cards.
    Your name and billing address details must match the card-holder address details held by your card issuer.
    Please note your order will only be processed once we have received authorisation from your payment card issuer.

    If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit/debit card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to despatch your order.

    Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to:

     

    • The item being out of stock or no longer available; or
    • Your payment being declined; or
    • An unspecified technical error
