You can request the return for goods you have purchased on etudeintunewithstyle.co.uk up to 14 days after receiving your order for all full priced goods, or 7 days for sale items. Please notify us by mail at email@example.com or through our Contact section
We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact.
Returned products (with a completed form) must reach us within 28 days of delivery.
Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
Cancellation outside of the fourteen day or seventh (sale products) cooling off period, it means the transaction deal is closed; we will not have any legal responsibilities and also will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
Etude in tune with style do not give refunds on the following items:
Unwanted items returned after 28 days
Items without a completed returns form
Damaged items not notified by mail to us within 14 days or 7 days (for sale items)
Unpacked products or used products
Items damaged as a result of use and tear are not considered to be faulty
Any orders of fabric by the metre
Other items may be added to this list from time to time. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for a return authorization and send us: Full name, address, postcode, email and your Order number.
Our customer care representative will check your order details. If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges and costs will be paid by us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent without the return authorization number given by our staff and proof of postage.
Once your return has been accepted you will receive a return confirmation email, with instructions on how to return the goods to Etude. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
If customers do not apply the return policy inside the fourteen day or seventh (sale products) cooling off period, it means the transaction deal is closed; we will not have any legal responsibilities and also will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the products, to the same card or procedure used to pay for your purchase. Unless goods are Faulty or Incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you used a promotional discount when paying for your order, the discount is applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted amount.
RETURNING HEAVY OR FRAGILE GOODS
Heavy goods items can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge. If you subsequently decide to return the products, a charge of £xx will be made.
Please contact our customer services representatives at email@example.com to arrange returns of heavy goods. Refunds will only be given provided we receive a completed returns form.
RETURNING DAMAGED GOODS
Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse.
Etude in tune with style reserves the right to identify if the return goods is faulty, damaged or wrongly sent, and has the right not to refund any amount for unreasonable return, or to reject any return if the proper guidelines are not followed.
